La Jardinerie Girod Garden Centre, situated on the outskirts of Ollon, Switzerland, in the town of St. Triphon is a delight for anyone who loves to spend time in the garden. From large tree’s in every variety to small indoor house plants, you are spoilt for choice from the minute you enter the doors. And the variety doesn’t stop there. The indoor section includes a wonderful selection of glassware and decor items that are perfect accents to any interior or patio decor.

Bright Colours

The day of our shoot rolled around with heavy rain clouds and mist hanging on the mountains. Not daunted by the rain, the staff and customers were bustling about and the plants were enjoying the added watering. Sandrine and her capable team make shopping for the perfect garden plants and accessories a dream. They are so friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers find just what they’re looking for!

I had free reign to capture anything and everything the garden Centre had to offer. It is a delight for the senses and a must see if you are ever in the region. There is even the most delightful tea room in the centre that I also had the privilege of photographing – look out for that blog post soon.
